anyone know where to file a complaint about a collection agency thats
harrassing me?
my case will be more complicated than that, but thats not what iam asking.
what im asking is: what happens next? i am totally ignorant of the process
& am curious as to what happens normally.

If I owe the debt, I pay it. If I don't owe the debt I tell them:
I'm not acknowledging that I owe
the debt, which means I'm not sending you any money. Please file a suit
right now and we can both be done with this.
